Domain Terms of LaVentaVeloz.com
Scope: These terms govern the contracting and management of domain names through LaVentaVeloz.com, whether acting as an accredited registrar or as a reseller/agent of a registrar. By requesting the registration, transfer, or renewal of a domain, you fully accept these Domain Terms and the applicable Terms of Use/Service.
In case of conflict, the provisions of these Domain Terms shall prevail over general service clauses, solely with respect to domain names.
1) Definitions and roles
-
Client / Registrant: the individual or legal entity in whose name the domain is registered.
-
Registrar: entity accredited by ICANN or the Registry (for ccTLDs) that processes operations.
-
Registry: entity operating the extension (e.g., .com, .org, .es).
-
Administrative/Technical/Billing Contact: contacts associated with the domain when required by the TLD.
-
TAC/AuthCode: transfer/authorization code required by many TLDs.
-
EPP Statuses: domain status codes (ok, clientTransferProhibited, redemptionPeriod, etc.).
-
RDAP/WHOIS: public services for querying registration data.
LaVentaVeloz.com may act as registrar or reseller of third parties. In either case, the Client is also subject to Registry policies and, where applicable, ICANN policies (gTLDs), as well as the terms of the underlying registrar.
2) Scope of service and limitations
The service consists of mediating with the Registry/Registrar to register, renew, transfer, or modify domains and their technical data (nameservers, DNSSEC when available).
-
Domain assignment cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the Registry. Domains are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis and subject to actual availability.
-
Certain names may be premium, reserved, subject to eligibility (e.g., trademarks, professions, geographic names), or local policies (ccTLDs).
-
LaVentaVeloz.com may reject operations that violate Registry, ICANN, applicable law, or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
3) Registrant data, verification, and privacy
-
The Client must provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date registrant and contact data.
-
Verification may be required (e.g., email confirmation, official ID, proof of address or TLD eligibility). Failure to verify may result in suspension or cancellation by the Registrar/Registry.
-
Domain data may be displayed via RDAP/WHOIS under current policies. Privacy/proxy services may be offered when permitted by the TLD (not available for all).
-
The Client authorizes LaVentaVeloz.com to transmit necessary data to Registrars/Registries and supervisory authorities for processing and compliance. Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
4) Domain lifecycle: registration, renewal, and expiration
-
Initial registration: 1 to 10 years depending on TLD; confirmed when Registry returns active status.
-
Renewal: may be manual or automatic if enabled and payment is successful. Courtesy expiration notices may be sent; non‑receipt does not create liability.
-
Client responsibility: The Client must verify, after payment, that renewal has been correctly applied and that the domain remains active and resolving. Any irregularity must be reported via ticket within ten (10) calendar days from the expiration date recorded in the Registry. After this period, LaVentaVeloz.com assumes no responsibility for loss, cancellation, transfer, or consequences of ineffective renewal.
-
Expiration and suspension: upon expiry, the domain may enter grace period, then redemptionPeriod and pendingDelete. Duration varies by TLD/Registry.
-
Restoration: during redemptionPeriod, some TLDs allow restoration with a restoration fee plus renewal.
-
Post‑expiration use: resolution may be restricted (DNS parking, hold, interruption). LaVentaVeloz.com may display a temporary informational or parking page.
5) Transfers between registrars
-
Transfer‑in: usually requires TAC/AuthCode, domain unlock, and contact verification. Many TLDs extend validity by 1 year (exceptions apply).
-
Transfer‑out: LaVentaVeloz.com will not unduly block transfers; the Client must unlock the domain and obtain the TAC/AuthCode.
-
Limitations: 60‑day lock after registration, transfer, or substantial registrant change, unless policy allows exemption.
-
Cancellation/rejection: Registry/Registrar may reject transfers for non‑payment, disputes, inaccurate data, authority orders, or policy breaches.
-
The Client authorizes LaVentaVeloz.com to act as Designated Agent to electronically approve certain registrant/contact changes when permitted.
6) Registrant and contact changes
Material changes may require verification and may trigger temporary domain lock under TLD policy. The Client guarantees authorization and accuracy of submitted data.
7) DNS, nameservers, and DNSSEC
-
The Client may use LaVentaVeloz.com nameservers or third‑party ones. DNS propagation may take up to 48 hours.
-
DNSSEC: when supported, LaVentaVeloz.com may publish DS records provided by the Client. Proper key generation/management is the Client’s responsibility.
-
LaVentaVeloz.com is not liable for misconfigurations in DNS/DNSSEC by the Client or third parties.
8) Domain content and use
Domain use must comply with AUP, applicable law, and Registry policies. LaVentaVeloz.com may suspend/block domains used for phishing, malware, botnets, SPAM, IP infringement, impersonation, or illegal activities, with or without authority request.
9) Disputes and third‑party rights
The Client agrees to submit to applicable dispute resolution procedures (e.g., UDRP for gTLDs, URS where applicable), Sunrise/Claims policies, and TMCH for new extensions when relevant. Orders or decisions mandating transfer or cancellation will be enforced once final and duly notified.
10) Pricing, payments, and refunds
-
Prices for registration/renewal/transfer/restoration vary by TLD and may change by Registry/Registrar decision.
-
Domains are non‑refundable once processed at the Registry (including registrations, renewals, transfers, restorations), except for proven errors attributable to LaVentaVeloz.com not remedied.
-
Premium domains may carry higher fees; pricing will be shown before confirmation.
-
Restoration fees apply per Registry and are added to renewal cost.
-
Taxes, bank fees, and eligibility/verification costs may be charged when applicable.
-
Chargebacks: in case of payment reversal, suspected fraud, or non‑payment, LaVentaVeloz.com may suspend services linked to the domain or temporarily withhold TAC/AuthCode, within legal and Registry/Registrar policy limits, until regularization.
11) Communication and notices
-
Contractual/operational communications will be sent to the email designated in the Client Area and/or domain contacts. Notices may also be posted in the Panel and deemed notified upon publication.
-
The Client must maintain updated, operational contact details, preferably an email independent of the domain itself.
-
Expiration/renewal notices are courtesy only; non‑receipt does not create liability.
-
The Client is solely responsible for verifying, after payment, that renewal has been applied and the domain remains active. Issues must be reported via ticket within ten (10) calendar days of the Registry expiration date. After this period, LaVentaVeloz.com assumes no responsibility, and recovery options may be significantly reduced.
12) Cancellation and deletion
The registrant may request cancellation; in most TLDs, cancellation results in deletion and loss without refund. LaVentaVeloz.com may cancel domains for non‑payment, inaccurate data, policy breach, or authority/Registry order.
13) Sanctions, export, and compliance
The Client declares they are not a sanctioned party and will not use the domain in prohibited territories/activities under international sanctions or export control rules. LaVentaVeloz.com may suspend or terminate service to comply with such rules.
14) Liability and limitation
LaVentaVeloz.com will act with reasonable professional diligence but does not guarantee domain availability or operation timelines, which depend on Registry/Registrar and third‑party validations.
In no event shall LaVentaVeloz.com be liable for lost profits, business loss, reputation, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use a domain. Total liability for proven domain incidents attributable to LaVentaVeloz.com is limited to the amount paid for the affected operation.
15) Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Unless mandatory law dictates otherwise, parties submit to the Courts of Madrid (capital). This does not prevent compliance with Registry policies and UDRP/URS decisions when enforceable.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Domain Terms for legal, technical, or industry policy reasons. When changes are material, we will attempt to notify by reasonable means (e.g., Panel notice or email). The current version will always be available on our website.
