Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) of LaVentaVeloz.com

Transparent information for a perfect business relationship

Last update: September 10, 2025 Scope: Applies to all services of LaVentaVeloz.com (shared hosting, reseller, VPS/Cloud, email, domain registration, and any other services referring to this AUP). Contractual link: This AUP forms part of the Terms of Use/Service. Breach may result in suspension or termination.

1) Lawful use and regulatory compliance

Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with applicable laws (including, without limitation, LSSI, GDPR/LOPDGDD, ICANN, and sectoral regulations on domains, intellectual property, and criminal law).

LaVentaVeloz.com will act with due diligence and, upon effective knowledge of unlawful content, may block or remove access proportionately and without prior notice, preserving technical evidence and notifying competent authorities.

LaVentaVeloz.com does not actively monitor content but reserves the right to assess abuse incidents and take urgent measures against security risks or serious harm.

2) Prohibited uses (conduct)

It is prohibited, among others, to use services for:

  • Distributing malware or conducting phishing, pharming, social engineering, spoofing, or activities aimed at compromising accounts/systems.

  • Attacking networks or systems (DDoS, aggressive port‑scanning, brute force, vulnerability exploitation, lateral pivoting), or running proxies, VPNs, TOR exit nodes, or other anonymization mechanisms for illicit purposes.

  • Interfering with other clients’ services (excessive CPU/RAM/IO usage, DB locks, mail/DNS floods, massive scraping, spiders on shared hosting, game servers on shared hosting, P2P/BitTorrent seeders, cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting).

  • Identity spoofing or falsifying headers, senders, routes, or IPs.

  • Exploiting software vulnerabilities regardless of intent.

3) Prohibited content (material)

  • Infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights (piracy, cracks, serials, warez), trademarks, and image rights.

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): zero tolerance. Immediate blocking and reporting.

  • Advocacy of illicit activities (e.g., weapons or drug acquisition), financial scams (Ponzi, HYIP), fraudulent sites, spamvertised content, or hosting intrusion/brute force tools.

  • Prohibited services on shared hosting: IRC/IRCD, AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC, TopSites, massive banner rotation, mirrors, file/ISO repositories, IPTV/sustained streaming, anonymous/mass SMS gateways.

  • Sexual content: By default, explicit sexual content is not permitted on our services. (Confirm whether to maintain or adjust this restriction; see notes.)

LaVentaVeloz.com may remove other content reasonably deemed manifestly unlawful or in breach of this AUP. Where feasible, measures and appeal channels will be communicated.

4) Technical resources and limits (shared hosting)

To protect service stability:

  • Do not use >25% of server resources for ≥90 seconds continuously or repeatedly.

  • Limit of 25 simultaneous processes per account (cPanel/DirectAdmin), minimum cron execution every 15 minutes, and MySQL queries ≤15 seconds.

  • Prohibited: unattended software, spiders/indexers, and any IRC interactions on shared hosting.

  • Inodes: each file/folder counts as 1 inode. Limits apply per plan; see current limits (including backup exclusions beyond certain thresholds).

Exact limits may vary by plan or node. The binding version of technical limits is in the service features documentation.

5) Email and anti‑spam policy

  • Zero tolerance for unsolicited email (commercial or otherwise), lists without verifiable consent, purchased/rented databases, open relays, or identity concealment.

  • Safe start: during the first 24 hours after activation, maximum 25 emails/hour per account. Limits may be temporarily adjusted based on reputation, complaints, or bounces.

  • Minimum requirements: valid SPF and DKIM; DMARC recommended; clear unsubscribe link; acceptable bounce/complaint policies; clean list maintenance.

  • If your mailings cause RBL listings or reputational impact on shared IPs, LaVentaVeloz.com may suspend sending, require corrective measures, and charge reasonable blacklist cleaning costs.

6) Defamation, disputes, and “notice & takedown”

LaVentaVeloz.com respects freedom of expression and the safe harbor principle under LSSI for hosting providers. We will not act as arbitrator in private disputes; however, upon court order, authority request, or sufficiently substantiated notice of illegality, we may block or remove content proportionately.

To report abuse or request removal, provide the exact URL, description, legal grounds, and verifiable contact details.

7) Measures against breaches

Depending on severity and urgency, LaVentaVeloz.com may adopt: (a) temporary resource limitation, (b) partial/total suspension, (c) mail sending block, (d) removal/blocking of unlawful material, (e) service termination, (f) billing of reasonable mitigation/cleanup costs (e.g., RBL delisting), (g) authority notification.

In critical security incidents, action may be taken without prior notice. Where feasible, the registrant will be notified and appeal channels offered.

8) Resellers

Resellers are responsible for compliance with this AUP by their end clients. In case of abuse, LaVentaVeloz.com will suspend affected services and notify the reseller. Repeated incidents or inaction may result in reseller cancellation.

9) Evidence preservation and privacy

We may retain logs and technical artifacts strictly necessary to investigate abuse incidents and comply with legal obligations, applying minimization and proportionality principles in line with our Privacy Policy.
